Gene explained to me the three bedroom that was for sale was the exact same layout I already own with the exception of the third bedroom. Gene told me to wait for a three bedroom corner unit as the living room and balcony’s (the one I purchased has two) are much larger and I would enjoy the extra room.
So I waited for that floorplan to be listed then Gene helped me negotiate a fair deal and I closed in May of 2015. Thanks to Gene’s knowledge of the building I now own a much nicer condo and could not be happier.
